What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays. You can still sign in, view and export everything; to keep planning, move to a paid plan.
How much does a paid plan cost?
It depends on the size of your fleet and how many stops you plan. Talk to our sales team for a quote.
Do plannings on our own Google Route Optimization count?
No. If you choose Google Route Optimization in your own Google Cloud project, Google bills your project directly and those plannings don’t count against your plan. A planning that falls back to the Afi routing engine because Google couldn’t answer does count.
Are messages included?
Email is included. SMS goes through your own Twilio account at your Twilio rates. WhatsApp uses your own WhatsApp Business account.
Can a partner manage several companies?
Yes. Resellers and 3PLs can manage several companies from one partner account. Ask our sales team.
