What we store

Account details of your team, your drivers’ names and phone numbers, your orders and customers’ delivery details, and the delivery records your drivers create (status, time, location and proof of delivery).

How it is kept

Each company’s data is kept in its own database. Proof-of-delivery files are stored in secure cloud storage. Driver links and customer tracking pages use long random links that can’t be guessed.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run Afi Planner, such as maps and geocoding, email delivery, and the messaging providers you connect yourself. We do not sell personal data.

When your company turns on the AI assistant, the questions your team asks it and the data needed to answer them are sent to a third-party AI service that runs the assistant for us. The assistant only sees what the person asking may see, and it stays off until your company turns it on.

Messages you write in the chat on our sign-in and sign-up pages are also answered by a third-party AI service. We keep your email or phone number from that chat only if you agree to it there.
